Framework: Where are we today, and where do we want to be? We’ll create a phased plan to get there, including incremental milestones and a realistic schedule and budget.
- We will develop strategically aligned scientific objectives and translate them into measurable and achievable engineering requirements.
- I will help you establish partnerships across government, private, and international organizations to strengthen your plan by reducing cost while increasing capabilities and advocacy.
- We will assess risks and outline a plan to mitigate and manage each risk. The resulting implementation plan will be robust and resilient.
Documentation: I have substantial experience writing and editing proposals and project plans, and could lead the delivery of entire documents or individual sections. I am comfortable with large formal proposals with rigorous compliance constraints as well as small white papers that may be used to secure project funding in a more informal way.
- I can organize and chair a Peer Review or “Red Team” review to get external perspectives and independent feedback prior to submittal.
